By far the best restaurant of Baltimore that has a semi Halal menu. Make sure you ask what dishes are Halal.
Yessi was a great host.
Lamb chops were a bit to rare for our liking but I would hope they are better if cooked to Middle Eastern standards.
Lamb shank was solid I would rate 7.8/10
Chicken Sheesh Tawooks were solid 8.4/10
The front desk Syrian Manager was a delightful greeter.
Overall a solid 9/10 experience
You guys have achieved a lifetime customer with the great customer service and delicious food.

The ambiance and decor were very sumptuous, with so much attention to detail. My friend and I's drinks were delicious! The Asfar So Good had saffron which gave it an amazing aroma while remaining refreshing.
We had the Honey Burrata, Short rib, and Bronzino which were all good dishes.
Will definitely be back!

My wife and I attended the Syrian Brunch w/ guest DJ Remi. Every dish we experienced was absolutely amazing. I had the Soltana Salad, the Haloumi Cugars, the Antabli & Egg Lavash, and the Dubai Chocolate Crumch Bar. My wife had the Haloumi Cigars and the Tawouk Sabah. The decor of the restaurant transported me back to my past travels to Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia in this beautifully designed venue. The music was spectacular, provided by the live DJ and the service was absolutely exemplary. We will be visiting again very soon.

***READ UPDATE***
Absolutely wonderful 💫 Fantastic food and atmosphere. Came here for my wife’s birthday and the food is outstanding. The service is attentive and kind. Got the lamb shank (highly recommended) and kofte kabobs. Desserts were amazing and coffee and tea were delicious. Special thanks to Ayman who made sure we had a great experience! The valet parking is so helpful and all the staff were welcoming and kind. Can’t wait to be back very soon! Absolutely worth a visit!
**Update** Went back for a second time and was very disappointed. Had a reservation for 7:45 and arrived on time but was told to wait 20 minutes because “other parties took up tables” I asked what was the point of my reservation?
We drove 30 minutes to get there and was told “we had parties so we had to use the tables”. That’s not my problem, don’t offer reservation spots if you don’t have space. Other people were being seated but I was told to wait. We planned our evening around this reservation.
Needless to say, we left we won’t ever come back and waste our time again.

I am so happy that my trip to Baltimore allowed me to find Ammoora, it is such a gem of a restaurant.
First of all, Middle Eastern food is often not found in this fine dining setting, which is such a shame. The food is elegant and beautiful and full of flavour and works extremely well in the fine dining arena. The funny thing is, they didn’t even have to reinvent the dishes or anything to make them “fine dining” which shows how inherently elegant Middle Eastern food is. But, not only was it lucky to find Middle Eastern food in this setting, they actually pulled it off. And pulled it off well. The food was outstanding. Full of flavour, brilliantly executed, just wow. Even the drinks are impeccable.
The atmosphere of the restaurant makes you feel like you are in a palace in Arabia or something. The decorating is perfect.
Lastly, what wonderful service. My server, osama, was such a wonderful young man and really made me feel relaxed and welcome.
I cannot speak highly enough about this place. I think I’ll come back to Baltimore just to eat here again.

Had the pleasure of revisiting this fine establishment last week with my spouse and was not disappointed.
Ammoora exceeds your expectations by any standard in a restaurant. We had the pleasure of trying some amazing appetizers recommended by our server.. the spicy hummus, some of the best harissa cauliflower I’ve had in my life, and the Beyti rolls. For the entree we had the Lamb Shank that was so tender. Ammoora is truly an experience. If you’re lucky enough to get seated in the back you almost feel transported to Syria.. With the hospitality shown from the staff, the general manager Ivan, this has become my top restaurant in Baltimore. It also has made me and my partner explore parts of the middle east now..
You must try.

It quite rare to find a 5/5 dining experience but Ammoora was just that. I went to Amoora with my mom and we were quite impressed. Our waitress was personable, polite, and quite pleasant. She answered all our questions about the menu, and offered suggestions based upon our wants. We started the night with the humus. For our main course my mom had the short ribs and I had the lamb shank. We finished the night with the ashta bil asal. Every meal was absolutely delicious. From the taste to the presentation, we were left stunned by the wonderful culinary experience. I would recommend Ammoora to anyone looking for a fine dining experience, where the food and service actually justifies the cost. We will definitely be back soon!

It was my first time here and I absolutely had a wonderful experience. The food was great, but it's the people who work here who made the experience wonderful. From Bernard at Valet, to the coat check girls, to our wonderful server Yesenia and everyone else in between that made our experience wanting to come back.

I had a fantastic experience at Ammora! The ambiance is warm and inviting, with beautiful decor that immediately sets the tone for a great evening. I tried the Baba Ghanouj to start, which was smooth and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I had the Braised Lamb Shank — absolutely incredible. It was tender and flavorful, served over fragrant saffron rice with roasted mushrooms, pomegranate seeds, and a pine nut gremolata that added a wonderful texture and brightness. The rich lamb jus brought everything together beautifully. Every detail of the dish was thoughtfully executed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!
